  The food is great, the beer is cold, the bartenders are all attentive and friendly and it's got a cozy atmosphere. What more can you ask for?

  The atmosphere and service are great. I've been to this place many times and was never disappointed.....until this evening. The main meal I ordered was terrible. I ordered the pan roasted seafood adrio. It was awful. The description was pan roasted scallop, shrimp, trout and lobster meat with a newberg sauce. When it arrived from the kitchen I discovered the fish was stuffed with the shrimp, scallop and lobster which was fine..but it was then wrapped with this membrane like substance around the trout that was very slimy and revolting. It reminded me of raw chicken skin. Though I am sure the contents inside tasted ok, I could not get past the slimy casing holding it together. I would not recommend that particular dish.

  The food was okay. I had the elk and the whitefish, not sure which one was the issue, but i kept on having stomach issues for the next 12 hours or so.
